Friendly Fire in English

Friendly Fire is a series of small war-gaming conventions, held in Linköping, Sweden. We usually end up being around 50 wargamers and around half of those are ASL players.

Time: 3-5 September, 2010.
Place: Linköping, Sweden.

Getting here

Linköping lies some 200 km south of Stockholm and it is both easy and affordable to get here from many places in Europe.

Linköping airport (LPI) lies within the city itself, and KLM fly to Schipol (Amsterdam) in the Netherlands, and Nextjet to Copenhagen.

Stockholm Skavsta airport is only 100 km away and from there Ryan Air flies in their usual dirt-cheap and service-free fashion all across Europe - Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, UK, The Netherlands and more.

Stockholm Arlanda is Sweden's largest airport and lies 2,5 h (by train) to the north. Apart from the regular air lines, there's another low-cost airline called Air Berlin which you might want to check out (even though you don't live in Berlin).

Kastrup (Copenhagen, Denmark) is about 3,5 h away (by train).

Non-Swedes are always extra welcome, and we do our best to make your trip, play and stay here worthwhile. We are happy to say that the first two pre-registered in this year's edition are French.

Games

We believe that the main attraction for foreign guests is the ASL Tournament . You can find the results for the previous years on the web.

As a part of the ASL tournament, we produce the Friendly Fire Scenario Packs
